Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily handling of brand social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Brand Pages (SeekCaus & Anable) + Company Page (Dermis Oracle)
  2. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring compliance with pharma communication guidelines.
  3. Support paid promotions, digital campaigns, and influencer/doctor collaborations across platforms.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, clinical experts, and healthcare influencers.
  5. Conduct audience research to understand patient, doctor, and consumer engagement trends.
  6. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights.
  7. Track competitor activities and industry trends to support campaign planning.
  8. Encourage and manage community interactions to build trust and engagement.
  9. Coordinate with internal brand teams, creative partners, and agencies to deliver content effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:


1–3 years
of proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Coordinator / Associate (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty sector).

● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

● Good understanding of social media KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

● Strong content writing and copy-editing skills with attention to detail.

● Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.

● Proven track record managing end-to-end influencer programs (from discovery and negotiation to content QA, compliance, and performance reporting).

● Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Nice to Have:

● Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/clinical brand communications.

● Exposure to paid advertising and influencer marketing.

● Knowledge of design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
