Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Solar Technician. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, ensuring optimal performance of solar systems, and supporting power generation activities. Additionally, the role involves identifying and addressing system inefficiencies, as well as adhering to safety standards and guidelines during all operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Solar Systems and knowledge of the Solar Industry
  • Experience in Solar Power technologies and Power Generation processes
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills for solar system maintenance and repairs
  • Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in solar energy installations
  • Ability to work effectively in on-site roles under varying environmental conditions
  • Relevant technical diploma or certification in solar energy or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
