**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations and manage the work of technicians and laborers.
- Ensure installation of solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures as per design and safety norms.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Maintain site progress reports, material records, and attendance sheets.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor work progress to meet deadlines and handle on-site issues promptly.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar power project supervision or related field.
- Strong understanding of solar PV installation procedures and electrical systems.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and work under pressure.
