Job Title: Sales Representative (Marketplace and Marketing Services)

Our online marketplace connects healthcare professionals with a diverse range of continuing medical education (CME) events. As part of our commitment to enhancing the experience for event organizers and healthcare providers, we offer specialized Marketing Services. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, managing both Marketplace and Marketing Services.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new event organizers for the eMedEvents platform and promoting our specialized Marketing Services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the eMedEvents marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical education sector.
● Acquire new event organizers for the eMedEvents marketplace.
● Promote and sell eMedEvents Marketing Services to event organizers.
Relationship Management:
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing event organizers to ensure their continued engagement with the platform.
● Foster lasting relationships with clients using Marketing Services.
Market Intelligence:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the medical education and marketing services space.
Consultative Selling:
● Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
● Propose customized marketing solutions and marketplace features that align with clients' objectives.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for both the marketplace and marketing services.
● Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential clients.
Sales Reporting:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
● Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators for both Marketplace and Marketing Services.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
