Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Quantity Surveyor. The Interior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and planning costs, and preparing cost reports. You will monitor project budgets, provide accurate cost advice, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience with BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
- Proficiency in Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is beneficial
