Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Operations Specialist based in Pune. The Flight Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting flight operations, including preparing flight plans, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring aircraft performance, and coordinating with pilots, fuel positioning, Pilot Medical and ground staff. The role involves managing flight schedules, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring that all aviation activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements. The specialist will work closely with other team members to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality aviation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Flight Planning, including route analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency in Flight Operations and familiarity with operational workflows.
  • Understanding of Aircraft and Flights, including their technical and operational aspects.
  • Knowledge of Flight Safety practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules and operations effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate clearly with pilots, crew members, and staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry or flight operations roles is an advantage.
