Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS. The Technical Support Engineer will focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing customer support, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Daily responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting technical problems, resolving support tickets promptly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance of the platform.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to accurately identify and resolve software or system issues.
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose complex problems and deliver effective solutions quickly.
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced SaaS environment and demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
