About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Resource Manager to support our Lending Services function across EMEA and the Americas. Based in Bucharest, you'll be part of a global team responsible for aligning the right people to the right projects—driving delivery success and financial performance.

This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Bangalore, Pune, Manila, Paris, and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Resource Planning:
    Allocate internal, remote, and contract resources to meet project needs across regions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Contractor Management to ensure timely and cost-effective staffing.

  • Data & Systems Oversight:
    Maintain accurate resource data and reporting using tools like OpenAir, SFDC, DOMO, and NetSuite.

  • Performance & Financial Impact:
    Monitor utilization, optimize resource assignments, and support bid reviews to improve margins and delivery efficiency.

  • Training & Development Support:
    Track skill sets, support onboarding, and promote continuous learning through internal systems and e-learning platforms.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in resource managementworkforce planning, or project operations.

  • Strong understanding of banking, finance, or fintech (e.g., lending, trade finance, payments).

  • Conceptual knowledge of technologies such as Java, Python, APIs, and integration models.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in Kantata, SFDC, Power BI, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or management qualifications are a plus.

  • Experience in banking/fintech and global project environments preferred.
