Roles & Responsibilities :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering/Information Technology or related technical discipline. Masters in supply chain or operations or having APICS CPIM, CSCP certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.

- A driven and motivated professional with 6 to 10 years of Supply chain planning experience , of which he/she should have worked on SAP IBP product (demand or supply or both) for min. 3 years.

- Having at-least 2-3 Full cycle SAP IBP implementation experience with Demand, Supply planning

- Hands on Experience in configuration of the IBP module for Demand, supply, Inventory and response including the ability to debug complex Key figure calculations and co-relate the process.

- Can work along integration team to load correct Master Data and Key Figure data into IBP using CPI integration

- Ability to analyse data issues in IBP time-series as well as order-based planning and correct the same in IBP or source system or both

- Assist Business with training and change management, focusing on product updates, to develop an appropriate strategy that minimizes impact on existing capabilities and assists in maximizing technology adoption and usage.

- Assist in project management, Business Consulting, implementation planning and test approach / planning.

- Identify gaps in the existing IBP activities and Supply Chain Planning processes and focus on Continuous Improvement in partnering with Business

- A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization, with an ability to creatively solve business problems using technology solutions and processes. Experience in CI/DS is highly (ref:hirist.tech)
