SAP IBP Consultant – Technical Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled SAP IBP Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for IBP modules.

  • Provide technical expertise in Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Response & Supply (R&S) modules.
  • Develop and implement effective incident management and change request processes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide timely updates on tickets and change requests.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to review deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the CI-DS integration team to resolve issues efficiently and execute changes effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients on IBP module implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining effective technical documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules, particularly Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Response & Supply (R&S).
  • Proven technical skills and expertise in application management services (AMS).
