SAP IBP Consultant - Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and Response & Supply Modules

At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP IBP Functional Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for IBP modules, including Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Response & Supply (R&S).
  • Handle incident management and change request implementations independently.
  • Regularly interact with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates on tickets and change requests.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings along with the IBP team lead to review the status of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the CI-DS integration team for seamless resolution of issues and execution of changes.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP with a focus on DP, S&OP, or R&S modules.
  • Experience supporting AMS activities, including ticket resolution and minor enhancements.
  • Familiarity with CI-DS or RTI integrations in relation to SAP IBP.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience working on SAP IBP implementation projects.
  • Exposure to CI-DS / RTI integration tools and techniques.
