Role & responsibilities:-

  • Conduct inprocess & final inspection of plastic ball valve and assemblies.

  • Apply 7qc tools on a regular basis.

  • Prepare and maintain real time online inspection and final QC reports.

  • Handle customer complaint with root cause analyses and CAPA implementation.

  • Prepare, review and update quality control plans as per production needs.

  • Ensure compliance with product specifications, drawings and quality standards.

  • Knowledge of measuring instruments.

  • Support internal audits and third party inspection with proper documentation.

  • Train operators and assembly staff on quality standards and defects and enhance quality.

  • Monitor rejection trends and take proactive steps to minimize rework.

  • Participants in various product trials and validate quality parameters during pilot runs.
