Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow market in international markets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients including pharmaceutical marketing companies, global distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and licensing deals to expand the companys footprint in international market.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities including market research, product registration, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
  • Navigate global regulatory frameworks (e.g., WHO) to support product registrations and market entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, manufacturing, regulatory, and finance for business execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors in Pharmacy, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum years of experience in pharma industry
  • Excellent knowledge of export markets, regulatory requirements, and compliance norms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
