Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow market in international markets.
- Identify and onboard new clients including pharmaceutical marketing companies, global distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Identify new market opportunities and licensing deals to expand the companys footprint in international market.
- Lead end-to-end business development activities including market research, product registration, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
- Navigate global regulatory frameworks (e.g., WHO) to support product registrations and market entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, manufacturing, regulatory, and finance for business execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in Pharmacy, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum years of experience in pharma industry
- Excellent knowledge of export markets, regulatory requirements, and compliance norms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
