Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy for Boldfit, located in Bengaluru.

Role Overview

As the
Head – Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy

, you will be responsible for
driving technology-led initiatives, system integrations, and process automation projects

across Boldfit. This role requires a
hands-on technologist

with strong execution capabilities and a
strategic mindset

to support business growth.

You will work closely with the
Head of Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy

and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
ERP rollouts, automation pilots, SaaS adoption, and analytics initiatives

that enable Boldfit to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Roadmap Execution

  • Translate Boldfit's
    tech roadmap

into actionable projects.
- Drive
implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP

modules in collaboration with business teams.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for
high-volume e-commerce and D2C operations

.

Systems Integration

  • Integrate
    Microsoft Dynamics ERP

with:
- Vinculum WMS

(warehousing & logistics)
- Finance tools

(accounting, compliance, taxation)
- CRM platforms

(customer experience)
- Analytics systems

(Power BI, Azure Fabric)
- Troubleshoot integration gaps and ensure
seamless real-time data flow

.

Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Identify repetitive business processes and deploy
    AI/automation solutions

to improve efficiency.
- Lead
SaaS adoption initiatives

(collaboration, HR, finance, and operations tools).
- Partner with external vendors to deliver
automation pilots

.

Data & Analytics

  • Support setup and management of
    Microsoft Azure Fabric

for
real-time analytics

.
- Build and maintain
Power BI dashboards

to provide
data-driven insights

for supply chain, sales, and finance.

Cybersecurity & IT Compliance

  • Work with external partners on
    cyber audits

.
- Implement Boldfit's
IT policies

across devices, access management, and employee awareness.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work cross-functionally with
    supply chain, finance, and operations teams

.
- Manage
vendor deliverables and SaaS contracts

.
- Ensure timely execution of
digital transformation projects

.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience

in digital transformation, strategic technology, or consulting (e-commerce/retail experience preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in
ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)

and
Azure ecosystem

.
- Strong understanding of
system integrations

across ERP, WMS, finance, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record in
process automation and SaaS tool adoption

.
- Strong
problem-solving and project management skills

.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth D2C/e-commerce environment
