AI DevOps Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Automate the provisioning and scaling of AI/ML infrastructure in cloud and hybrid environments using IaC tools
• Write Python/Go/Bash scripts and APIs to integrate business applications (e.g., ConnectWise), financial systems, and engineering data sources.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automatically test, package, and deploy AI/ML models and data workflows.
• Build automation workflows that transform financial and engineering data into ML-ready datasets.
• Code monitoring and observability tools to detect model drift, integration failures, or performance bottlenecks in real time.
• Implement automated retraining, A/B testing, shadow deployments, and rollback workflows for AI models.
• Develop self-healing systems that auto-recover from failed data pipelines, broken integrations, or infrastructure issues.
• Continuously improve automation logic to support new APIs, applications, and evolving business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong coding skills in Python (preferred), Go, or Bash.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow).
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Familiarity with ML workflow automation (MLflow, Airflow, SageMaker Pipelines).
• Experience integrating business applications, financial platforms, and engineering systems through APIs and automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
