Roles and Responsibilities:

· Daily backup of all the syncing accounts location wise from server

· Delegation of work to the team members

· Weekly report on every Saturday to (MD)

· Monthly work report to MD on accounting

· Bank reconciliation and check ledger for clearance

· GST checking and sending data to CA

· Petty cash checking in Tally as well as excel

· Daily online payment of conveyance salary payment

· Salary checking and uploading of salary

· Co-ordination with bank / bank guarantee related data

· ROC work and documentation

· TDS (26Q), Employees TDS checking

· Form 16 data entry

· Tax Payment

· PT payment / return monthly job

· Sharing statement of all banks and statement

· Monthly accounts of personal accounting of Board of Directors, MD – also personal account

· Checking work – PO related work, follow up resolution of query

· Electromech query related to CA and balance sheet making with CA

· Co-ordination with tender team

· Job assigned by MD / BOD

· Co-ordinate with CA's stair case and work related GST notice

· Stock statement checking and submit to bank

Preferred Qualification:

· M.Com with 3-5 years of experience in Accounting & Tally software

· Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Data entry skills

· Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel,

· Familiarity with Google Workspace & EPR modules are preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
