Your Role
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, design blueprints, and technical specifications for all xECM implementationTroubleshooting & Optimisation: Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues during and after implementations, optimising system performance.Develop & Design: Architect and design OpenText xECM solutions tailored to the business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of OpenText xECM with core enterprise systems like SAP, SharePoint, and others.Project Leadership: Guide the project teams through solution design, technical decisions, and ensure alignment with best practices in ECM.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Development in customisation, configurations, and enhancements of OpenText xECM to meet specific business needs.Governance and Compliance: Ensure that ECM solutions adhere to organisational governance policies, regulatory compliance, and content management best practices.Mentoring and Team Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Your Profile
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), with at least 3-5 years in OpenText xECM.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OpenText products (xECM, Content Suite), and strong knowledge of integration with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft.Experience in relevant programming languages such as Java, .NET, or ABAP for custom solution development.Strong understanding of database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
