Role & responsibilities
- Company Secretarial Work - Setting up of new companies, terminations, appointments, amending shareholding, preparing various forms and letters
- Preparing Confirmation Statements for entire client base (K4P,TPS,BFCA Corporate, Kings, Armida, Lords, Roar, J C Beams, Neil Haggart)
- Sending AR Invoices
- Communicating with clients in relation to Confirmation Statements
- Companies House Calls
- Exporting and annotating reports in relation to Confirmation Statement processing, including but not limited to Weekly Status Reports.
- EIDV Checks, Data Protection and Money Laundering
- Associated Companies House administration in relation to ID Verification
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent written English skills, essential for composing and managing client-facing email communications with clarity and professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and communications.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and focus, particularly when handling a high volume of work that may include repetitive tasks, requiring sustained concentration and precision.
