Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Executive to join our team. The role involves ensuring full compliance with statutory labour regulations, including ESI, PF, and the Contractual Labour Act. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance strategies for ESI, PF, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable laws.
- Monitor updates in labour laws and adjust internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure corrective actions where necessary.
- Liaise with government authorities and handle all statutory submissions and inspections.
- Investigate compliance issues and prepare resolution strategies.
- Work with internal departments to ensure compliance is embedded in processes.
- Stay updated on industry practices and regulatory changes to minimize risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or related field. Master's or certification in Labour Law preferred.
- Hands-on experience in compliance management, especially with labour law regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory frameworks relevant to the security manpower industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with compliance tools is a plus.
