About the role in Marketing

Reporting to: Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Assistant Manager to support the marketing and engagement initiatives of our asset management portfolio. This role will focus on developing and managing engaging marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, and assisting in planning and executing events for tenants. The position requires a creative professional who can blend marketing strategy with hands-on coordination to enhance brand visibility, tenant satisfaction, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Communication

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the organisation's brand, properties, and services.
• Develop engaging marketing collateral (brochures, newsletters, property fact sheets, presentations, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printing agencies for timely and quality delivery of marketing materials.
• Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints and internal communications.

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day content posting and updates across official social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to showcase property updates, events, and engagement activities.
• Create engaging photo/video content from on-ground events, property highlights, and tenant interactions to strengthen online community presence.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to tenant/customer queries or comments in coordination with relevant teams.
• Work closely with the events team to promote activities and success stories through social channels.

Tenant Events & Engagement

• Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing tenant engagement activities and community-building events.
• Coordinate event logistics including vendor management, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Support event marketing through creative invitations, posters, and post-event coverage for both internal and external audiences.
• Collect tenant feedback post-events and suggest improvements for future engagements.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with property management teams to ensure alignment of marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Track and maintain a calendar of marketing activities and events for efficient planning and execution.
• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports highlighting achievements, engagement metrics, and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or events management (preferably in real estate, hospitality, retail, or asset management industries).

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong marketing and brand communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media content and engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Creativity in conceptualising campaigns and events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) along with basic AI skills is a mandate, advance AI skills would be an added advantage.
