Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tele Sales located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing client issues promptly. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, conducting regular client reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve products and services through feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technologies
- Experience in customer service or client management roles
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or hospitality
- Two wheeler is a must for men as its a 60-40 field job.
