We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Commercial Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP-based invoicing, excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to manage sensitive and business-critical data with accuracy and confidentiality.

This fast-paced role supports commercial operations by ensuring smooth documentation, invoicing, reporting, and data management for both domestic and export transactions. This position also demands flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Documentation:

  1. Create and process customer invoices in SAP accurately and on time.

  2. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  3. Maintain organized records of invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents.

Data Management & Reporting:

  1. Manage and update commercial data in Excel and Google Sheets, including pricing, sales, and order tracking.

  2. Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports for management review.

Handle sensitive commercial data with confidentiality and precision.

Operational Support:

  1. Support audits and reconciliation activities related to billing and receivables.

  2. Ensure data accuracy across SAP entries and Excel databases.

Coordination:

  1. Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) to resolve discrepancies or data issues.

  2. Support smooth day-to-day commercial operations and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. 23 years of relevant experience in commercial support, invoicing, or back-office operations.

  3. Proficiency in SAP (SD / MM module preferred) for invoicing and reporting.

  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and Google Sheets.

  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.

  6. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

  7. Ability to handle confidential and critical business data responsibly.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Prior experience in a manufacturing, trading, or export-oriented company.

  2. Working knowledge of export documentation will be an advantage.

  3. Proactive approach and willingness to streamline existing processes.
