Core Strengths: Planning | Budgeting | Coordination | Team Management

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and monitor horticulture development & maintenance activities.

Prepare budgets, schedules, and work plans for horticultural projects.

Ensure timely execution of planting, pruning, trimming, mowing, weeding & irrigation.

Identify & treat plant diseases, pests, and insect infestations with proper control measures.

Manage plant propagation, cultivation methods & landscaping practices.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors & internal teams for smooth execution.

Maintain accurate records for billing, material usage & labor productivity.

Core Skills & Expertise

* Knowledge of ornamental plants, flowering plants, shrubs, lawns, palms & trees.

* Proficient in hedge/edge trimming, tree pruning, lawn mowing & weed control.

* Skilled in drip irrigation systems, horticultural tools & machinery.

* Strong understanding of plant growth, soil conditions & environmental needs.

* Ability to maintain landscape aesthetics with a focus on sustainability.
