**Job Title**: Horticulture Landscaping and Maintenance Supervisor

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise landscaping teams in the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces.
- Oversee horticultural practices such as pruning, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaping sites to ensure plants are healthy and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring tasks like mowing, trimming, and weeding are performed regularly.
- Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and bills for landscaping services rendered.
- Advise clients on horticultural solutions, plant care, and landscape improvements.
- Ensure proper handling and use of landscaping equipment and materials.
- Implement sustainable practices in landscaping, including water-efficient irrigation and eco-friendly pest management.
- Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture** (BSc in Agriculture with a focus on Horticulture).
- Minimum of **0 to 2 years of experience** in **landscaping**, **horticulture**, and **landscape maintenance**.
- Strong understanding of plant health, horticultural practices, and soil science.
- Experience in project supervision, team management, and scheduling.
- Ability to prepare accurate bills, invoices, and cost estimates for landscaping projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation methods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
