**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.Overseeing the sites which are in progress and under the AMC
2.Organizing materials and ensuring site's safety.
3.Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
4.Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
5.Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
6.Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
7. Overlooking on plantation, and maintaining the plants.
8. Maintaining weekly reports on work progress.
9. Ensuring correct safety measures for the crew members ( wearing of safety kits )

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**

1. Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field

2. Diploma in Horticulture or related field

**OTHERS**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
