Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paint Shop Deputy Manager based in Ghaziabad. Responsibilities include managing and supervising daily paint shop operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Duties involve coordinating workflows, maintaining equipment and inventory, overseeing safety standards, and ensuring adherence to production schedules. The role requires maintaining seamless communication with the team, ensuring high-quality output, and addressing customer requirements with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Store Management
  • Proficiency in Communication and ability to enhance Customer Experience
  • Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Problem-solving mindset and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience above 10 year in
    paint shop operations, preferably in the Forging manufacturing or industrial sector
