Job Description – Growth Intern

Location: Noida

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Duration: 3–6 months (with possibility of full-time role)

About FretBox

FretBox is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming the way universities and hostels manage student life. We work with top private universities and are expanding rapidly across India and abroad.

We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our team and work closely with the CEO and sales team to fuel our outreach and market expansion.

What You'll Do

Conduct market research on universities, colleges, and the higher education ecosystem.

Identify and build a database of potential prospects.

Support selective outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls).

Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for prospects.

Track outreach progress and report on leads & opportunities.

Who You Are

Student or recent graduate interested in startups, sales, or growth strategy.

Strong research and communication skills.

Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM (if familiar).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup.

What We Offer
