Role: Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and looking to build a long-term career in the recruitment industry.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate (in any stream)
  • Currently pursuing Master's degree (Final Year Students Only)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • A confident personality with a positive attitude
  • Quick learner with strong grasping power
  • Active listener with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative

What You'll Do:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Learn and use CRM tools for data management
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment sales cycle
