is hiring Trainers in
Java, Python, and Automation Testing
for our training programs across
PAN India
. We are looking for professionals with
a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
and a passion for teaching. Trainers will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions and mentoring learners to build industry-ready skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops on Java, Python, or Automation Testing.
  • Guide learners through practical projects, assignments, and case studies.
  • Assess learner progress through quizzes, coding challenges, and project evaluations.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
  • Adapt training methods to suit learners' skill levels and needs.
  • Provide post-training support for doubt clarification and knowledge reinforcement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in at least one technology track (Java / Python / Automation Testing).
  • Academic projects, internships, or certifications in the chosen technology are preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering training in Java, Python, or Automation Testing (corporate, college, or freelance).
  • Hands-on expertise in relevant frameworks and tools:
  • Java:
    Core Java, OOP, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
  • Python:
    Core Python, OOP, Flask/Django.
  • Automation Testing:
    Selenium, JMeter, API Testing, Rest Azured.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and basic DevOps concepts is a plus.
