As a Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing and developing test automation frameworks and test cases to test web applications using Selenium. In addition, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging the existing automation code to improve its efficiency. Furthermore, you will also be required to work closely with the development team to ensure that all the features are properly tested before release.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working with Selenium and Java. In addition, you should also be familiar with various testing tools and techniques. Moreover, you should be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Skills and Qualifications :

Strong Programming :

- Skills : Proficient in one or more programming languages like Java or javascript

Automation Frameworks : Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or others.

Testing Methodologies : Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.

API Testing : Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured. Agile/Scrum : Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Database Knowledge : Understanding of databases and SQL for testing purposes.

Cloud Technologies : Experience with cloud-based applications and testing in cloud environments.

Good to have : Stub test script design and develop for micro services using any programming language
