Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will design and develop a robust automation testing framework from scratch.

This role requires experience with automation tools for web, API, and mobile testing, as well as a strong foundation in automation testing concepts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with codeless automation platforms and database fundamentals, including proficiency in writing simple SQL queries.

In this position, you will collaborate with development teams to log, prioritize, and resolve bugs efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

A clean and concise test report and quality metrics will be generated to identify trends and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Practical experience with automation tools for web, API, and mobile testing
  • A strong foundation in automation testing concepts
  • Experience with or willingness to learn codeless automation platforms
  • Familiarity with database fundamentals and proficiency in writing simple SQL queries
  • Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
  • Prior experience in the Loan Origination System (LOS) or fintech domain is an advantage
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
