Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Engineer cum Sales Executive to support the growth of our rooftop solar business. The role involves a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, requiring the candidate to engage with customers, conduct site assessments, design rooftop solar solutions, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for rooftop solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
  • Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and system designs based on customer requirements and site conditions.
  • Present and explain solar solutions to clients, highlighting financial and environmental benefits.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales.
  • Liaise with the project execution team to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of solar technologies, policies, and subsidies.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer queries.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, site visits, and market feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
