Solar technician

Position Overview

We are looking for 50 dynamic and dedicated Solar Technicians to join our growing team. The role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems across Chhattisgarh (excluding naxal-affected areas). Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Position Name: Solar Technician

No of Post: 50

Eligibility: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical (Fresher/Experienced)

Job Role/Skills Required: A person willing to work as electrician who will be responsible for complete wiring,

civil foundation work, earthing, grid synchronization, paperwork for on grid/off grid solar system

Location; Anywhere in Chhattisgarh (except naxal affected area)

Salary; CTC of Rs. 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 Annually

Important Note: The selected candidate may be deployed at any location across Chhattisgarh, depending on organizational requirements.

Selection Process

1. Application Review: All received applications and CVs will be carefully evaluated based on the role requirements.

2. Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview to assess their suitability and interest.

3. Training Session: Selected candidates will participate in a one-day orientation and skill enhancement session.

4. Final Assessment: The final selection will be based on performance in the post-training skill test.

5. Offer Letter: An offer letter will be issued to candidates who successfully pass the skill test.
