Position : Solar Technician

• Job Role
• Eligibility: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical (Fresher/Experienced)
• Job Role/Skills Required: A person willing to work as electrician who will be responsible for complete wiring,

civil foundation work, earthing, grid synchronization, paperwork for on grid/off grid solar system

• Location; Anywhere in Chhattisgarh (except naxal affected area)
• Important Note: The selected candidate may be deployed at any location across Chhattisgarh, depending on organizational requirements.
• Selection Process
• 1. Application Review: All received applications and CVs will be carefully evaluated based on the role requirements.
• 1. Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview to assess their suitability and interest.
• 1. Training Session: Selected candidates will participate in a one-day orientation and skill enhancement session.
• 1. Final Assessment: The final selection will be based on performance in the post-training skill test.
• 1. Offer Letter: An offer letter will be issued to candidates who successfully pass the skill test.
