About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Liaison Manager to manage statutory approvals, government clearances, and compliance processes for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills with government authorities and regulatory bodies, along with deep knowledge of approval procedures related to residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, NOCs, licenses, and permits.
  • Coordinate with urban development authorities, municipal corporations, and other regulatory agencies for project-related clearances.
  • Ensure compliance with building bylaws, zoning regulations, RERA, environmental norms, and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage the timely submission and follow-up of all applications and documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with officials across departments (Town Planning, Revenue, Fire, Pollution Control, etc.).
  • Track updates on government policies and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
  • Support the legal and project teams in matters related to land acquisition, title clearance, and project approvals.
  • Prepare MIS reports and regularly update management on approval status.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in liaisoning within real estate, construction, or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong network and working knowledge of approval procedures from municipal, state, and central authorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple approvals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • High integrity and strong professional ethics.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with large-scale residential townships, commercial complexes, or mixed-use real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with RERA, environmental clearances, fire NOC, building permits, and land-related approvals.
  • Prior relationships with regulatory bodies and government officials at state and local levels.
