  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other important documents, including taking minutes from meetings.
  • Information Management: Maintain organized files, records, contact lists, and confidential information.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, such as managing office systems, monitoring supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), office management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM systems.
  • Data Management: Data entry, record keeping, and database management.
  • Typing & Transcription: Fast and accurate typing and transcription of meetings.
