Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and communicative Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, assisting with resort bookings, explaining holiday packages, and driving interest in our offerings.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using company-provided leads.
  • Explain holiday packages and assist with resort availability, pricing, and booking support.
  • Engage customers with clear communication to generate interest and encourage bookings.
  • Handle customer objections politely and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and booking information.
  • Follow up on leads to maximize conversions and meet booking targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Skills & RequirementsStrong

  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in handling outbound calls and customer interactions.
  • Basic understanding of sales and hospitality services.
  • Ability to handle objections with patience and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools (CRM, Excel, email, etc.).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or hospitality customer service is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / customer support / hospitality sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.
  • Personality: Energetic, customer-friendly, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
  • Work Style: Target-driven, disciplined, and enthusiastic about customer engagement.
