Supply Chain Manager/Head, QSR - Bangalore/Hyderabad - Hybrid Model

We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager/Head to join a rapidly expanding Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand in either Bangalore or Hyderabad on a hybrid model.

About the Role

We are seeking a logistics expert to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. This role requires an experienced professional to manage end-to-end supply chain functions, including inventory management and vendor relationships, to drive efficiency and quality across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics for QSR operations.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and execute cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.

  • Mandatory experience as a Supply Chain professional within the QSR industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven expertise in inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
