We're seeking a
Junior/Associate-level Project Manager
to join our team based in Japan.

You'll assist in leading projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

  • プロジェクトのスケジュール、リソース、進捗管理
  • Manage schedules, resources, and project milestones
  • 社内外の関係者との調整・報告業務
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • ミーティングのファシリテーション(アジェンダ作成・議事録作成)
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas and notes
  • リスクや課題の管理・対応のフォローアップ
  • Track project risks and follow up on issues
  • プロジェクト管理ツール(Jira, Notionなど)の利用
  • Use project management tools for tracking and documentation
  • シニアPMのサポート業務全般
  • Provide support to senior project managers

応募資格 / Requirements必須条件 / Required:

  • プロジェクト管理や進行管理業務の経験(1〜3年)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • チーム間の調整力・スケジュール管理スキル
  • Good coordination and scheduling skills
  • Microsoft Office または Google Workspace の操作経験
  • Proficiency in Office or Google Workspace tools
  • 日本語:ビジネスレベル(JLPT N2以上)
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • 日本国内での就労資格
  • Legal right to work in Japan

歓迎条件 / Nice to Have:

  • プロジェクト管理ツール(Jira、Asana、Backlog等)の使用経験
  • Experience with PM tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • 英語での読み書き・コミュニケーション力
  • English communication skills
  • ITや制作業界でのプロジェクト経験
  • Background in IT, creative, or tech projects
