Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:

  2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  3. Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

  4. Create resource allocation plans, including labor, materials, and equipment.

  5. Design and Documentation:

  6. Review and approve civil design documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates.

  7. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  8. Construction Management:

  9. Oversee site preparation, excavation, foundation, and structural work.

  10. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion.

  11. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and address issues.

  12. Quality Control:

  13. Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing, and inspection requirements.

  14. Conduct regular quality control checks, obtain stakeholder feedback.

  15. Safety Management:

  16. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

  17. Conduct regular safety inspections, address hazards, and incidents.

  18. Stakeholder Management:

  19. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies.

  20. Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.

  21. Closure:

  22. Formalize project completion, obtain final acceptance.

  23. Document lessons learned, evaluate project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful civil projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., AutoCAD & Project Management Software).

  • Required Fluent in English.
