QA/QC Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA/QC Civil Engineer to oversee quality control and assurance activities for our ongoing civil construction projects in Faridabad. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards, as well as maintaining complete QA/QC documentation. The project includes works executed from our own batching plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures at the project site.
  • Conduct inspection of materials, concrete, and workmanship to ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and the client's QA/QC team for quality-related matters.
  • Maintain and prepare QA/QC records such as inspection reports, concrete test reports, cube test results, and checklists.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
  • Supervise batching plant operations to ensure concrete quality meets required mix design.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation as per ISO/quality management system requirements.
  • Ensure non-conformances are identified, recorded, and closed through corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
  • Knowledge of IS codes, concrete mix design, and testing procedures.
  • Familiar with documentation and quality systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
