Definition: It stands for the roles and responsibilities of the said position which are elaborated in the subsequent sections.
Objective: The main objective of this documentation is to provide the necessary information to the person who is holding this position pertaining to his/her roles & responsibilities.
As a part of this role, you will focus on handling PM operations and processes of PM Ulatus. You will be primarily responsible to meet the objectives of effective management of cost, quality and time across all operational tasks. You will be expected to contribute to improving overall operations, processes and procedures. You will also play key role in ensuring the organizational growth and operational scalability by meeting daily targets.
Project Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she is expected to perform all the primary and related tasks pertaining to this part. He/she is highly encouraged to follow best practices of project management and promote the same within the team.
Operations Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she is expected to perform all the primary and related tasks pertaining to this part.
Scope Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she will be mainly responsible to work under the scope of each assignment and accordingly execute the same.
Integration Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she will be mainly responsible to ensure there is appropriate planning done keeping in mind all stages of the project.
Time Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she will be mainly responsible to ensure 100% adherence to all client deadlines.
Cost Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she will be mainly responsible to perform all cost related tasks within the defined budget parameters.
FRM (Freelancer Relationship Management): Under the scope of this task, he/she is expected to build long term business relationship with our valued freelance translators/translation checkers. He/she should be able to listen to their problems, provide timely and concrete solutions and build a healthy and happy working platform for them.
Communication: Under the scope of this task, he/she will be responsible to address all communication in a timely and desired manner. He/she should be able to address all queries from the freelancers and external teams in a timely manner.
Quality Management: Under the scope of this task, he/she is highly expected to meet a standard quality benchmark for each and every task and to ensure strict adherence to the same.
Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
- Graduates from Engineering Background/ MBA Freshers
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Coordination and effective decision-making skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact
