About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven and organized Senior Manager – Operations (Backend) to

manage HR, administration, vendor, and marketing coordination functions at GREATLiNK. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth backend operations, support company

growth initiatives, and transition into business operations leadership after 2 years.

Qualifications:

● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Operations (8–12 years' experience).

● Strong HR, operations, and multitasking capabilities.

● Excellent communication & coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

A. HR Operations

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, reporting directly to the Directors.

  2. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening,

and onboarding.

  1. Manage employee lifecycle processes – joining formalities, salary negotiation, payroll

inputs, documentation, and exit formalities.

  1. Design and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance and standardization.

  2. Drive employee engagement, performance evaluation, training, and retention initiatives.

  3. Maintain HRMS data, employee records, and compliance registers.

  4. Coordinate campus hiring and trainee induction programs.

  5. Prepare periodic MIS reports on HR activities and recruitment progress.

B. Operations & Administration

  1. Handle daily office administration, facility management, and operational logistics.

  2. Manage procurement, vendor registration, and vendor payment tracking.

  3. Prepare and monitor monthly operational and departmental expense reports, ensuring

cost efficiency and budget adherence.

  1. Coordinate domestic travel, hotel, and logistics arrangements for employees.

  2. Compliance management : Ensure timely renewals of company licenses, agreements,

and compliance documentation.

  1. Oversee statutory, audit, and safety compliance for the Pune office.

  2. Manage OEM relationships and coordinate partner deliverables.

C. MARCOM Operations

  1. Collaborate with marketing agencies for digital marketing, branding, and content

updates.

  1. Plan and manage Internal & Marketing event management.

  2. Ensure branding consistency and marketing material coordination.

  3. Manage creative agencies, event vendors, and PR partners as needed.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring alignment on

marketing, events, and business objectives.

D. Reporting & Team Management

  1. Prepare operational, HR, and administrative MIS reports for management review.

  2. Hire, guide, and supervise one Operations Executive for daily support.

  3. Coordinate with the management team and business unit heads for inter-departmental

tasks and projects.

  1. Weekly expenses reporting

Decision Authority:

● Authorized to hire one Executive (male/female) under your supervision.

● Authorized to engage agencies, vendors, and organizers to meet company

operational, HR, marketing, and compliance needs.

● Authorized to hire supporting tools & applications to meet objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration / HR / Operations Management.

● 4-5 years of experience in HR, backend operations, or administration, preferably in the

IT / Telecom / Technology sector.

● Proven ability to handle HR, backend, and vendor management functions independently.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and digital communication tools.
