  • Leading and mentoring multiple software development teams towards creating secure, reliable and scalable software solutions
  • Ensuring that the development team produces well-organized, optimized and well-documented source code

  • Decomposing requirements (typically user stories) into meaningful tasks with estimations
  • Designing foundational code elements that can be reused many times in various products
  • Identifying enhancements, either client-facing or technical, that creates a better experience for the end user
  • Designing innovative software solutions to support business needs.
  • Instrumenting applications to improve software debugging and measure application performance that ultimately drive quality decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience as a full stack developer utilizing Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in all aspects of software development activities including design, coding, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing using Azure/Microsoft development technologies
  • Extensive experience with developing mobile and/or web
  • Extensive experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and API development
  • Experience with version control (Git/TFS preferred)
  • Extensive experience with developing applications on cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Good understanding and experience with agile development methodology
