About the Role

We are looking for a
creative, detail-oriented Product Designer
who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that delight users and bring product visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research → wireframes → UI/UX → prototypes → final assets
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis
  • Create user journeys, personas, and experience flows
  • Design clean, modern, and scalable UI systems using Figma
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs
  • Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Iterate based on feedback, data, and user testing
  • Ensure brand consistency across all product touchpoints
  • Participate in product strategy and feature planning discussions

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Figma
    , prototyping tools, and design systems
  • Understanding of UX principles, layout, typography, and user psychology
  • Ability to convert complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Basic understanding of frontend workflows (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS / HRTech / AI-based platforms
  • Motion graphics or micro-interaction design
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards
