Job Responsibilities :

  • Implementation of excellent, very effective world class personal protection & security management system.
  • Identify protection goals, objectives with corporate strategic plan. Effective working of teams within the policies to devise strategies to address risks issues.
  • Ensure round the clock security coverage to the subjects by trained security professionals.
  • Maintain relationships with local, state and law enforcement and other related government agencies
  • Vulnerability & Assessment study of area
  • Obtain credible inputs from Law and Order enforcement agencies on possible threats, do Intelligence gathering, keep abreast and develop awareness about the Competitors strategy, Political Influence, National Issues, Threat recognition and assessment
  • Collating and validating intelligence, evaluating the reliability of sources and credibility of information specific to organization mainly likelihood of affecting the personal protection of key subjects
  • Contingency & crisis operating procedure drills and exercises.
  • Scientifically plan and execute the Executive advance escort protection system, advance counter actions (team formations & vehicle movements), critical examination of site, route surveys, security advances & route reconnaissance, safe evacuation of subjects.
  • Provide detailed survey reports, analysis and risk assessments, which give clear overall pictures of any given location/place of travel
  • Prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management
  • Strengthen internal processes and use of technology. Use of latest security gadgets for tracking and communication, interpretation and protection including weapons

Education Requirement :
Necessary
:

  • Graduate - Any disciple
  • VIP Protection Courses - RGSS/ SPG/ NSG / Defence Services.

Desirable
:

  • Commando course certificate from armed services / SPG/NSG.
  • Post Graduate - Any disciple
  • CPP/Industrial Security Courses from CISF /Defence services/Police academy/International institute
  • LLB/LLM or knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law
  • Crime Intelligence Course from -IB / CDTS /Military INT /secret services / Forensic Science/Police academy/Cyber crime division.
  • MDP-Leadership program or PGP from IIM/International Business School

Experience Requirement :
Necessary
:

  • Yrs. Experience in Personal Security Function in SPG / NSG /STF at very senior cadre level.
  • Desirable :
  • Must have commanded a contingent to supervise protection group for leading VVIPs, Ministers or international dignitaries.
  • Should have excellent networking with government agencies, Police, aviation, Defence, state administration, law and order agencies.
  • Personal weapon Licence
  • Personal weapons and good snap shooter
  • 05 to 10 Yrs experience in services - SPG / NSG / Armed Forces & Para Military Forces - Special Group
