Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Lucknow. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance to improve ROI, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated on industry trends and changes in advertising platforms. The specialist will coordinate closely with creative and strategy teams to achieve clients' growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing for campaign improvement
  • Skills in digital marketing strategies, trend analysis, and industry best practices
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with performance metrics, monitoring tools, and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with other advertising platforms apart from Meta (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus
