The Role: Manager –Tendering

We are looking for a Manager-Tendering to help us unlock further commercial value for our Secure Power business based at Schneider Electric, Bangalore, India.

What will you do?

To handle UPS & Cooling products at Secure Power ( Systems Tendering)

Follow BFO/CPP/SBP Governance

Participate in S1/SOC/RSOC/P0 review calls

Work with Cross Functional Teams/SMEs/SRM/SMOs

Work with Vertical Sales Business Leaders/Approvers for necessary internal approvals in the sales stage cycle.

Closely work with sales for offer submissions complying to internal process & necessary approval in place before offer submission

Willing to quickly adapt sales stage situations, learn every day & support sale team.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

Education: Graduate/B.E/B.Tech

Experience : 4-8 Years;

Experience : In Tendering/Bid role preferred .

Certification and some technical training covering Data Centre design practices and operations, Large UPS Systems, cooling Systems, Chiller Systems, Racks would be an advantage

Quick Learner and Individual contributor

Good/working knowledge of SE Systems & Solution business.
