Responsibilities:

  • Identify, track, and analyze tender opportunities through government and corporate portals.
  • Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and prepare compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to compile bid documents.
  • Draft, compile, and submit tenders/proposals within deadlines.
  • Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and ensure complete documentation.
  • Maintain database of tenders, results, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare reports and updates on tendering activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3years of experience in tendering, bid management, or contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of tender procedures & government e-procurement portals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
