Job Description : An Outsource Executive in the printing industry is responsible for managing the outsourcing of printing services to external vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for outsourced printing services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Outsourcing Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine outsourcing needs.
  • Prepare and send out job orders to selected vendors.
  • Ensure that all outsourced jobs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track the progress of outsourced jobs and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect and verify the quality of outsourced printing jobs.
  • Ensure that all outsourced jobs meet company standards and specifications.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues with vendors promptly.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor and manage the costs associated with outsourced printing services.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outsourcing expenses.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of all outsourcing activities and vendor agreements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outsourcing activities, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve outsourcing processes and vendor management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in printing technology.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Preferable from Printing background/Industry
  • Proven experience in outsourcing or procurement, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
